Returns Policy

Here at Be Green Ink, we offer the best service, discounts and 100% quality guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cartridges or service, you may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund, replacement or credit, less shipping cost.

Items ordered by mistake are at the fault of the customer and may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition (original, unmarked, sealed retail package). We would be happy to get the correct item out to you if you wish to do so.  No returns will be accepted after 60 days of purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you may request a full refund, credit or replacement within 60 days, less shipping cost. After 60 days, a replacement cartridge will be sent out with a return label to obtain the defective item. It will then be tested at our facilities to insure its defect to better manufacture our cartridges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We gladly accept return of stock merchandise and give prompt credit for returned items with the following guidelines:

• We can only accept items for return that have been purchased from Be Green Ink.
• Products may only be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Return products have to be in re-saleable condition (original, unmarked, sealed retail package).
• Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Be Green Ink Eco Series cartridges are backed by their lifetime warranty. Original genuine products should be covered by the manufacturers themselves. Please contact them for warranty coverage.

We offer Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100!
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  

We occasional ship via FedEx

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
